Our complete product program is based on basic and tested technologies within filtration, ion exchange, and membrane filtration and is based on a modular-built standard system which consider most needs.

For the sake of the user-friendliness, the below product overview is alphabetized.

 

Activated carbon filters

An activated carbon filter removes free chlorine, chloramide, chlorine dioxide, phenols, organic solvents, and pesticides.

 

Compact plants CU:RO

Compact plant for demineralization of water through reverse osmosis (RO plant). Frame-mounted plant consisting of complete reverse osmosis plant built together with pretreatment plant (carbon filtration and/or softening) - ready for use!

 

 

Deaerators

Reduction of the content of oxygen, carbonic acid, and air in the water. The group includes thermal deaerators, vacuum deaerators, and CO2-degassers.

Dealkalizers

Reduction of the hardness of the water and the bicarbonate content by means of ion exchange. One-tank and two-tank plants, frame-mounted.

 

Demineralization plants

Produce demineralized water by means of ion exchange. Two-tank plants and mixed-bed plants and SILEX/EUREX.

 

Dosing pumps

For disinfection, alkalization, and pH-adjustment by means of dosing chemicals for protection against corrosion and coatings. 

 

 

EDI plants

An EDI plant is used after RO for polishing demineralized water to obtain low levels of conductivity and silica. Also see mixed-bed plants.

 

Filtration plants

Filtration of mechanical impurities. Filtration plants are used in connection with pretreatment prior to other water treatment, circulation water, water recovery, boiler water, cooling water, and wastewater. The group includes pressure filters for filter bags, cartridge filters, sand filters, multimedia filters, etc.

 

Mixed-bed plants

Mixed-bed plants are used for polishing (also known as complete softening) of demineralized water from a two-tank demineralization plant or a reverse osmosis plant in order to achieve water with a very low conductivity and a low silica acid content. See also EDI plants.

Mixed-bed plants are also used for producing moderate amounts of demineralized water of a very high quality directly from waterworks water.

 

Nanofiltration plants

Nanofiltration plants are used for reduction af organic matter, colour, sulphate, chloride, fluoride, bacteria, and vira. Can also be used, with advantage, for partial softening.

Nanofiltration, which is a membrane technology, is typically used for treatment of drinking water and process water.

 

Pressure filter plants

Oxydation and filtration through pressure filter plants is used for reduction of iron, manganese, ammonium, arsenic, and aggressivity in the ground and surface water. Pressure filter plants are also used for filtration of mechanical impurities.

 

Reverse osmosis plants

Total demineralization by means of membrane technology. The name reverse osmosis is oftened shortened to RO. Reverse osmosis plants are used to make demineralized/softened water without the use of hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide.

 

Selective ion exchange plants

Treatment of certain types of wastewater with metal content within the industry.

 

Softening plants

Reduction of the water hardness by means of ion exchange. Softening plants exchange the calcium salts and manganese salts in the water into sodium salts.

 

UV disinfection plants

With ultraviolet light, the microbiological growth in water is effectively limited.
